It's strange though as even though I have done that and submitted the site to Yandex, when I go to 'My Sites', my site isn't there to view, it's got me on what is essentially the start screen. I have a question I hope you can answer, when you submit your site to Yandex through your account, does this not automatically give you access to Webmaster tools?
